Dashboard
The dashboard answers the first question of the day: who is working, who is idle, who is offline, and how the hours broke into productive, non-productive, and idle time. Top and bottom performers surface so a manager knows where to look next.
Employees
Employees is the roster. People are registered by location, department, shift, and role, then tied to the machine and agent version that reports their day, so the rest of EmpMonitor always knows who is who.
Comparison
Comparison exists to put two people, or two date ranges, next to each other. The point is not a prettier chart. It is to see whose day was productive and whose was not, on the same terms.
Attendance
Attendance is the month as presence, not as hours. Present, late, absent, and holidays sit on one calendar so payroll and HR do not reconstruct the month from clock punches alone.
Insights
Insights separate office time from productive time and unproductive time, then measure that against yesterday and the rest of the company. A person can look busy on the clock and still be behind the team average.
Real-time track
Real-time track is for the current shift, not last week. Every person shows office, active, and idle time plus a productivity score while the day is still happening, so a lead can step in before the day is gone.
Timesheets
Timesheets record when people actually started and stopped. Clock-in, clock-out, total hours, and office hours sit with shift and location so hours do not depend on someone remembering to fill a sheet.
Live monitoring
Live monitoring is for the connected desktop: see what is on screen right now when a machine is online, or see that it is offline, without asking the person to share a meeting window.
Time claim
Time claim is how a workday gets corrected. Idle, offline, break, and attendance gaps can be requested and approved so the record matches what actually happened, instead of punishing a laptop lock or a meeting off-machine.
Reports and DLP
Reports turn the same activity into something a manager can export and share. DLP is there because productivity is only half the job: the workspace also needs a place to watch for data leaving the company.
Access
Staff and admins sign in separately so an employee can use EmpMonitor without inheriting the company controls. The agent download is how each workstation starts reporting into that workspace.
